How to segregate procurement contract with project contract using role

Summary: We would like to know what is the way to segregate procurement contract with project contract using role. Currently we have assign the user with role "Enterprise Contract Administrator" with this role user has access to create both kind of contract buy and sell. However we want procurement team looks only procurement contracts similarly project team looks only project contract. Basically they should not see each other's contract.

Example : Currently from contract form user can see the both Intent (Buy and Sell) . However user should see either Buy or Sell intent type based on the role assigned.
