Selecting what to copy during Save As Item

Summary:

Need a solution to implement validations and automation whenever an Item is Save As to another item.

Content (required):

Currently, in PD module, a lot of users use the Item Save As functionality to create new items in the system. But, OOTB system copies all the content from older items into New items which includes multi-row attributes. Need the option to choose to specify "what to copy" from the source item.

The newly provided attribute in 23C "Created From" is not available in Product Rules.
