Visual builder studio notification not received for events

Summary:

Hi All,

Not getting notification for all the events e.g. Merge Request. Reviewers are not getting notification for Merge request but reviewers can see the merge request in the queue in Visual Builder Studio. However, Getting notification for Build Job completion but not for other events in Visual Builder Studio.

I have done all the required setup, setting notification preferences for all the events however no luck.

Please suggest me if there is any other settings is required to get notifications for Merge Request,SCM Commit
