Warehouse management (WMS / LogFire) Removing/Disabling Users

Summary:

When we remove access for a WMS user, how do we remove their WMS account ?

One question I have is that can we set a dummy role when an account is disabled? We need to remove all access when disabling the account

It looks like we cannot remove all roles

But we don't want to leave the existing access

after we disable.

What is the recommended process ?
