Add Segment Description to OTBI Report

Summary:

We have a report that uses the subject area General Ledger - Journals Real Time subject area, and we want to add the segment description for our 5 segment.

We know we can get the first three descritpsion (Natural/Balance Acount, etc.), but we can't for any of the other segments. How can this be achieved if at all?
