Editing Advanced Search to add fields in the display

We are transitioning to Responsive pages from Classic and finding the responsive search and advanced search not as helpful. Is it configurable?

In the Classic search of Person Management, you have a long list of fields you can select to see the data in your search results:

In the Responsive Employment Info, for example, in Advanced Mode, when you search, we're only seeing the employee's name, title, assignment number, person number, worker type, assignment status, work email, and work phone.

Is it possible to update what's displayed to include additional fields? For example, our team finds it extremely helpful to see Termination Date like you can view on the classic page within your search results.
