Configure Background Processing settings

Summary:

We are implementing OLC and are looking for guidance on the setup of the 'Configure Background Processing' settings. The default value for 'Rebuild Learning Item Indexes' is 1, and 'Reconcile Learning Catalog Item Activity Changes' is 20.

We have 22,000 Learners, please advise if this is sufficient or what I should set these values to.
