Track items based on packs in Inventory

Our client has item ITEM1 with LBS as primary UOM but while receiving in actual warehouse they receive in a pack of 20LBS and 50LBS. Business wants to keep track of how many packs of 20LBS and 50LBS have received in the inventory (in Oracle Inv Cloud). 

 Currently, We can only keep track of total qty in LBS received but not at the pack level (20 LBs or 50 LBS)

Need: We need to keep track of how many packs of 20LBS and 50LBS received in inventory in 'Manage Item quantities' task. Could you please help us to identify, is there any way in Oracle to achieve this ?
