Planning App not visible

Hi experts,

we are trying to deep dive learning planning & budgeting features but we do not are able to see the Planning App(path: Menu>others>Planning). Does it refers to the possibility to link a specific Dashboard? Why we are not allowed to see it even if we have opened sandboxes in the Structure mode?
