Add button in Employment contracts

Hello everyone,

we are experiencing problems regarding the "Employment contract" page and quick action in particular.

We note that as per the attached screenshot, the "add" button appears to be present exclusively randomly regardless of the selected employee despite having the same roles and both being normal employees.

Could you provide us with some more information on this.
