Looking for attributes or functionality that we can use to check/pull the AOR of the Requestor
Looking for attributes or functionality that we can use to check/ pull the AOR of the requestor/ initiator to create a condition/rule. Our client wanted to maximize the use of AOR, they didn't want to use Role-based rule anymore because they have role combinations hence, we created a lot of rules. They wanted to simplify the rules. Here are their requirements.
Regardless of who are the requestor/initiator (HR) the approval should go to;
1. If the requestor has an approval AOR (area of responsibility) the approval will be auto approved.
2. If the requestor has no approval AOR the approval will go to respective approver (AOR based)
