How to Restrict positions to "line manager" role to access only direct report positions?

Summary:

We have a requirement where the line manager should be able to access only the positions of direct reportees when the below quick actions are performed. There is no option related to this in Position security profile.

  1. Request a Position Change
  2. Request a new position
  3. Position details

Please do let me know if anyone has faced similar requirement and what approach has been followed to achieve that? How to achieve this?
