Is there a way to pin quick actions to home screen?

We have a requirement where the business needs the quick actions to be directly available in the home screen. As it is difficult to click on “Show more” each time then find the required quick action icon. Especially if they are looking to update multiple people at once. When you click back it takes you all the way home instead of back to the search bar for selected quick action.
