Absence Management- Annual Leave Refresh
Is it possible to move our annual leave refresh date from 31/12/XX to 31/03/XX? At this moment we are looking for the possibility and would require your input – my initial questions are:
Our accrual runs every 1st Jan .
- Is this possible: Yes / No
- How much time / effort required?
- What are the risks?
- How do we manage the gap between 31/12/XX & 31/03/XX?
