Activities of an offering is not shown in backend tables

Summary:

There are 2 offerings in a course that we have made and the activities of one of the offering is shown in the backend tables but the activities of the other offering is not captured under the backend tables. How could this be possible and how can we get these details in the backend tables?

Content (required):

We have made a course with two offerings and those offerings have multiple activities. All the activities that are under the 1st offering are captured in the backend tables without any issues. However, the activities under the 2nd offering are not captured in the backend tables. Because of this, our custom BI reports are not capturing all the data that is required to be captured according to the data shown in the UI. Also, some of the employees have already completed these activities which are not reflected in the backend tables.
