Disable Submit button in Add Asset

Hi, in order to prevent users click on SUBMIT button when manually adding asset, they have request to hide the SUBMIT button in the Add Asset popup window. I have create a sandbox to edit the visibilities, but the parameter are disabled for edit. How can we achieved this?
