Unable to Receive the goods using Responsive Self Service Receiving.

We are using the Responsive receipt page. We have the roles with the below privileges in addition to regular create receipt

Manage Receipt for Advanced Receiver with the Responsive Self Service Receiving Application

Create Receipt for Procurement Preparer with the Responsive Self Service Receiving Application

Create Receipt with the Responsive Self Service Receiving Application

The user is able to create the Receipt using standard self service Receipts, but when trying to pull the PO/Requisition number in Orders to Receive area, nothing shows up. Also, the Smart Filter are not showing up as well. There's only first line of filter showing up (Filter using Requisition, Item or Supplier). Is there a profile option which drives this ? Thank you.
