We are trying to obtain a report which captures audit for customer bank account changes. We are trying to develop a BI report which show all bank account changes that occurred with in a given period.

The business need is to capture the following details for audit:

Customer Name

Created by/Changed by (User Name)

Bank Account

Routing Number

Entity (Business Unit)

Date of change

Please help us in identifying audit tables which can be used to meet this requirement.
