Passing employement terms/Assignment number dynamically using HSDL/HDL

When we try to perform rehire using HDL or HSDL templates we usually get error like "The employment terms number already exists. Enter a unique employment terms number" .

To avoid this error is there a way where we can dynamically pass incremental employment terms number when HSDL/HDL is processed , with out manually providing unique number in HSDL/HDL templates while rehiring .For example when we rehire through UI , employement terms and assignmnet number will get auto updated with sufix 1,2 etc .similar to this can do the same using HSDL.
