Manage Disability Category by HR

Hi all,

I would ask a question regarding the possibility to edit disability category by HR. For our customer we would like that the HR would be able to edit the information about the disability by worker. We add privilegies Manage disability information and view disability information but in the screen attached you can see that the HR could only add new informations but not edit informations already entered (we expected to see a pencil in order to modify informations) . Do you please have any advice?
