How can we end date the previous assignment's Benefit Relationships
Summary:
We have been facing an issue with the Benefit Relationships since, they are not in sync. We have a Global transfer from Ireland to US legal entity and the New Hire life event get triggered but, getting an error while processing the LE. Upon checking we could see the Benefit Relationships are not in sync.
That EMP was previously in the US, moved to Ireland, and then returned to the US, a new benefits relationship is getting triggered for latest US work relationship and the previous one is still not end dated.
We have processed the Global Transfer with effective 02-Oct-2023 and the new Benefits relationship get triggered with effective 02-Oct-2023. Also, the prior Benefit Relationships were end dated with 01-Oct-2023 and they were created new Benefit relationships with 02-Oct-2023 effective start date with Inactive Work Assignment, Inactive status and without any end date.
