How is the Conversion Rate Date determined in Transfer Order Receipt Accounting ?

We have a Transfer Order Shipping from UK to Japan and the Receipt has happened on 29 AUG JST. But Oracle has taken the conversion rate as of 28th AUG which is the UTC time zone for receipt accounting. Please advise how Oracle determines the Conversion Rate Date in Transfer Order Receipt Accounting.
