Need clarity on some points for negotiation line upload

Summary:

1) Is there any option available after doing bulk upload (with FBDI) on negotiation line if later on want to add some lines manually?

2) whether bulk upload with FBDI for negotiation line can be done for two-stage negotiation.

3) Please share steps for import export option for negotioation line upload.
