Hello,

I had an open SR related to Key Customer function and have been provided this feedback:

"There is a new feature currently under development that will allow you to configure a customer planning level and automatically aggregate all collected measure data to this level.

This new feature which is going to come will support all customer hierarchies (including both predefined and user-defined hierarchies). It will be able to be used as an alternative to the existing key customer functionality."


We would like to know any ETA estimation for this feature please. We will need this functionality in 1H 2024 or we have to consider customizing our current process.
