We want to understand how the Shipping_allowed and include_in_bill_docs attributes at Structure components level populated in Saas?

The attributes Shipping_allowed and include_in_bill_docs are not present at FBDI level and are populating in Structure Component level so need to understand the logic behind these attributes , how these are being populated in Structure components level in SAAS.
