EDM to FCGL export error

Hi Team,

We got the following error message when we triggered export from EDM to ERP: "The following CSS exception occurred: EPMCSS:00728: Failed to get users. Principal is null. Provide valid user principal to access".

Please let me know if anyone have idea on the above error?
