Restrict Hiring Manager from rejecting candidate in CSP

Summary:

Hi Team,

We don't want hiring managers to have visibility to "Rejected by employer" or "Withdrawn by candidate" state under phases. If any candidate need to be rejected, Hiring Manager will only update the custom state to "Candidate to be rejected" and recruiter will only proceed and reject the candidate.
