Enabling SSO configuration on HCM fusion

Hi,

 

There is a requirement to enable SSO federation on HCM fusion with IDCS.

We have created identity provider with IDCS metadata.

 

Navigation

Security console -> Single sign On-> create identity provider. 


And at the testing part of identity verification through Diagnostic and test...we are getting below error.

If anyone has worked on this please guide us if we are missing something in configuration.
