Directs report visibility

Hello everyone,

Carrying out test cases on the company handover process for an employee in the system.

We have noticed the presence of the "Add directs Report" section in which there is complete visibility when searching for and selecting an active employee in the system.

If so, can this section and search for the employee be managed via a person security profile? If so, to be used for the role on the "person" or "public person".
