Any experience trying Oracle Visual Builder to build extension for OTM?

At a lot of times we try to stretch OTM for certain use cases it was not initially designed for. Oracle Visual Builder appears to be a good option to create custom UI and link to mothership OTM. Has anyone tried that and any experience sharing is welcome.
