Action Chains Inconsistency - JavaScript and JSON with New and Old Graphics

I've developed a visual application using Redwood Page Templates that are at version 2310.0.1.

Based on my understanding, any action chain code that comes with these templates should be in JavaScript. However, I've noticed that sometimes these templates still references JSON, which leads to a mix of action chains with JavaScript and some with JSON.

Our preference is to have all Action Chains consistently reference the latest JavaScript for uniformity and consistency.

Is there a solution to rectify this situation?
