Country Tags not working for delivered lookup

Hi,

We were trying to restrict the common lookup by putting the country tag, but it is not working as expected. The lookup that we are using is PER_CORRESP_LANG. Using a country tag is not helping us restrict the value based on the legislation of the employee.

The field "Correspondence Language" is enabled in the ESS- Personal Details page.

Since this is a delivered lookup, ideally putting a country tag should work, but in this case it is not working, please let us know if somebody has faced any similar issue?
