User Role Start Date is 'after' the User Role End Date
Summary:
User Role Start Date is 'after' the User Role End Date
Content (required):
Hi Team,
Greetings!
There are issues observed for the users where the user role association start date is showing up after the role end date
In other words - the role start and end date for the user shows reversed.
e.g.
if an user had the employe role assigned from 08/01/2023 till end of time (12/31/4712), the data later shows up in user roles with Role Start date = 12/31/4712 and role end date as 08/01/2023, due to which the user record also gets inactive in some cases.
Any idea why does the role start and end dates get reversed/swapped?
