Summary:

Unable to capture date employee gave resignation due to global transfer after notification date.

Content (required):

We had an employee gave resignation on July 13, 2023. We had a legal entity transfer for this employee on Oct 1, 2023. We then try to terminate this employee on Oct 3, 2023. However, when entering Notification Date, we received an error message saying "Notification Date must be on or after start date of the work relationship". How do we capture the correct date this employee gave resignation?
