Query to fetch absence plan balance history details

Hi Experts,

Greetings of the day!!

We have a requirement to get all the absence plan balance history details. We need all individual entries like Periodic accrual, Carryover, Forfeiture, Adjustment etc with dates and reason.

Can some one please help me with the query.
