unable to restrict personalization to absence type

Summary:

I have defined three absence types with childbirth/placement.

Business has a requirement that one of the Absence type with childbirth/Placement, Date of Placement should be changed to Date of Childbirth/Adoption.

I have done personalization on one of the absence type childbirth/placement, but it is impacting other absence types which are defined with childbirth/placement.
