We have a changes-only extract to fetch assignment data and bonus element information within the element start date and end date.

For ex: When a bonus element is added to an employee through the manage compensation plan, and when we run the changes only extract it will fetch that record, and then in the next iteration of changes run the records will appear again without any bonus element data but with assignment data elements, this will look like a blank record without any changes.
