Sort breaking RCOUNT in logical SQL analysis

Hello,

I have a fairly complex logical SQL report combining 5 subject areas. Overall, the information is displaying correctly with no issues. However, I have a need to RCOUNT(1 BY PLAN_ID) in order to have a count of unique rows per succession plan. This is needed for conditional formatting. I've used this method before without issue. However, on this particular report, any column sorting (regardless of ascending or descending) is breaking the RCOUNT. I've attempted the sort on different columns, and I get the same result.
