We want to setup a approval rules for absence.

Initiator submits the absence --> 1 level hierarchy setup (initiator's line manager) --> User (ABC) --> HR

Scenario 1 = Employee 1 submits --> Line Manager approves --> ABC approves --> HR = No issues

Scenario 2 = Employee 1 submits --> Line Manager approves (ABC) --> ABC again --> HR = how to avoid 2 approvals for same approver ABC.
