Set time-zone and currency default preferences

Hi everyone,

I'd like to set some default preferences for some fields which appear during the creation of the activity of an offering:

Field 1 Time-Zone. I would like to set Rome as default preference,

Field 2 Currency. I would like to set Euro as default preference.

Is it possible to do it?
