Read text in file with special characters (Finland) and store in db does not work for me.

Summary:

Hi, I would thank for help with the following.

I am importing a text file into db. but special characters are not ok.

Example:

I have this in the file:

and I have this in the db.

also I could show what I see in OIC.

I think this should work, as many consultants must load data with special characters using OIC but I do not see where I have to make changes.

Please any trick or workaround will be welcome.
