Customer Consignment Stock Guidance
I would like to know best industry standard/Oracle functionality standard to manage customer located consignment stock.
We have used sub-inventories in EBS with min/max, internal orders and internal stock transfers. As we move to Fusion we would like to start in the right way.
Should a separate inventory organization be used, or stay with sub-inventory level? Considering financial reporting, logistics, item maintenance and costing I would appreciate to learn on how others manage this please.
In addition depending on the method would be interested to learn best method on efficient product return (if not consumed)
