Online messaging functionality on decommissioning of OSN in 24 C

We understand from the below note that OSN is being decommissioned in 24 C.

We would to confirm that this will not affect the online messaging functionality in the sourcing module correct?.

Please note we use online messages within the collaboration teams in sourcing modules (negotiations)


What are my immediate actions? 

  • Inform OSN users in your organization that the functionality will no longer be supported beginning with Fusion Applications Update 24C  
  • To retain the information currently in OSN, data can be exported by following the instructions in How to Export All OSN Data (Doc ID 1951008.1)
