Content (required):

We experienced several occasions where the terminated users were brought back to become active again, and after the investigation, we believe it's this process that caused the issue.

And, from Oracle support,

it seems like some clients had the same experience (One of them :

In order to avoid this process being run accidentally, is there any way where this process can be disabled from the system perspective ? (like: gray-out)
