Autocomplete rule is not working properly for DOR

Summary: I have an requirement to show an warning message on Document of Records page when our document type is New PF Application and we enter any value in all the mandatory fields. For this we write an autocomplete rule but it doesn’t show any warning message when we preview sandbox. Please find attached document for your reference.
