    Cannot remove "+add" button from role

    I would like to ask, how do you remove the "+Add" button from Personal Information page (such as Family and Emergency Contacts, Passport, Contact Info, etc.) from a certain role WITHOUT the use of EL Expression? I would like to only edit from the Security Console (Roles and Privileges), if possible. Thank you for your attention. The screenshot within is an example of the "+Add" button that I would like to remove (make it View Only for the role).
