Physical Inventory cycle for only few items in one Subinventory

Summary:

Physical Inventory cycle count for only few items in one Sub inventory.

Example : In one sub inventory , we have 5000 items but we want to count and record only for 1000 items . Rest of 4000 On hand Quantity should not be changed .

Any possible ways Please suggest on this.
