Auto update of members across ERP and EPBCS

Hi Experts,

We have defined data integrations to transfer budget data from EPBCS to ERP and actual data from ERP to EPBCS. In ERP COA natural account is mapped with Accounts dimension in EPBCS. We would like to know when a new natural account is added to ERP COA, are there any workaround available for the same value to be auto created in EPBCS account dimension without the manual involvement of the users.
