Summary:

ICS Calendar Invite files are being sent along with the approval emails. What we noticed is, when the manager rejects the 'leave request', the outlook calendar is NOT getting removed automatically from outlook. The manager has to go and explicitly delete/decline the invite.

Is there any option to get rid of the ICS file automatically from the Outlook Calendar when the request is rejected by the Manager?
