Custom Balance Group not extracting any data

Summary:

I have created a HCM extract and Trying to pull balance information by attaching a balance group usage. Once the extract is run, its not returning any data from the balance group section .

Content (required):

Root DG - PAYROLL REL ACTIONS RANGE UE

Child - ORA_BALANCE_GROUP_USAGE_REL_LEVEL_UE

Added all the tags for balance groups - Dimension level, payroll ID, Balance type ID, calc breakdown id, Payroll relationship ID , base balance name etc
